Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity focuses on supporting school-aged children from June 9th through June 30th, with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. Located near Biola, CA, this role is ideal for those passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals in a school environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC certification
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
  • Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing intervention plans for a range of communication disorders
  • Excellent communication with students, staff, and caregivers
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation
  • Positive, adaptable approach within diverse student populations

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for students as required
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Providing direct therapy sessions, both individual and small group
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals
