Job Description:
E-Bike Moab & AVA Rafting Guest Service Staff
Location: Moab Utah
Work Season: Full time and Part Time, June 2026 to September 2026,
Relocation?: Would you be moving to Utah for this summer gig? AVA does offer employee camp grounds at its Moab Utah Outpost.
Pay Rate: Starting pay ranges from $13/hr to $18/hr depending on employee experience and qualifications.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
While we do prefer individuals with POS experience and guest services, we do provide training. If you are looking to mix it up a bit and add excitement into your career, then AVA is your perfect match! AVA you will find plenty of adventure! Our team is a fun, insightful and dynamic bunch that work hard but have fun while doing so! We offer employment opportunities for the summer season! What You'll Do
  • Deliver exemplary guest service to satisfy and surpass guest expectations and to ensure a world-class experience.
  • Work as a proficient and effective team member
  • Maintain bike equipment for a quality guest experience
  • Assists with bike rentals for guests
  • Work with awareness of job requirements and daily task lists and maintain motivation to complete said tasks
  • Maintain positive attitude and a healthy work environment
  • Communicate well with all co-workers and management
  • Check in and assist guests for rafting and bike trips
  • Become proficient at using POS system for ringing up retail sales
  • Become proficient at using Ventrata booking software for managing rentals and reservations
  • Ring up sales with accuracy to maintain a cash drawer
  • Complete end of day financial close for POS system
  • Employ strong sales skills and proactive demeanor to achieve photo and retail sales
  • Clean all Outpost facilities, including offices, and retail space
  • Pick up trash around the Outpost
  • With assistance of managers, accept and tag new inventory
  • Maintain organized inventory storage and back-stock
  • Assist in maintaining and cleaning grounds, including but not limited to weeding, removing trash and general upkeep
  • Help fit wet suits and jackets when necessary
  • Run/drive shuttles when necessary

What We Look For:

  • Enthusastic about outdoors and adventure
  • Customer Service/Communication Skills
  • POS systems experience
  • Completion of High School level education or higher
