Monthly Job Fair: Part-Time Behavioral Assistant
Dates:
  • June 29, 2026 & July 29, 2026 (Location: Union, NJ Office)
  • July 8, 2026 & August 5, 2026 (Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Office)

About Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare
Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides comprehensive therapeutic support services designed to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, and our team of highly trained professionals is dedicated to providing individualized care for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the home and community to both youth and caregivers
  • Implement treatment plans
  • Deliver services as directed by the supervising therapist, including:
    • Using evidence-based interventions and positive reinforcement
    • Assist parents/guardians with treatment plan implementation
    • Collect, track, and report progression or regression (including graphs when required)
    • Submit accurate weekly clinical progress notes within 24 hours of service provision
    • Assist with caregiver/staff training under the guidance of a supervising therapist.
    • Recognize, prevent, and intervene in crisis situations appropriately
    • Participate in required training and maintain compliance with all agency policies

Qualifications:
  • Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, preferably working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities or mental illness
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's License
  • Must pass all state and federal background checks
    • A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
  • Bilingual candidates (especially Spanish-speaking) encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor H-1B or other employment visas at this time.
