This position focuses on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help clients develop essential life skills, improve communication, and reduce maladaptive behaviors. The technician works closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective intervention strategies. Success in this role directly contributes to the client's progress and overall quality of life. The Behavior Technician must demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
