Job description

Florence Beer Market is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding hospitality in a fun, fast-paced environment featuring craft beer, great food, live music, trivia nights, and community events.

We're looking for team members who genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and helping create an exceptional dining experience from the moment customers walk through the door.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Process payments accurately using our POS system
  • Maintain clean dining areas and side work throughout your shift
  • Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • TABC Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
