Position: Technical Training Specialist - PHWP
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable part-time Technical Training Specialist to join our Timken - Professional Experience Program. This role is crucial in empowering our workforce by developing, delivering, and enhancing technical training programs that support the organization's goals and ensure all team members are equipped with up-to-date skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Update, and maintain technical training curricula.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist with the planning and developing of apprenticeship program.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school (undergraduate or relevant post-secondary programs)
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Ability to commit to the program schedule and comply with safety and confidentiality requirements.
  • Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
