Job description

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Employment Type: Part-Time

  • Pay Rate: $21–$29 per hour, based on experience

New Hire Bonus!
  • Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment

  • Bonus is paid out with the first paycheck following the 4-week mark

  • Eligibility requires:

    • Perfect attendance during the first 2 weeks of work

    • Schedule must remain as assigned for the first 2 weeks with no changes requested

RBT Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

  • Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed

  • Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)

  • Engage positively with clients and their families

Qualifications
  • RBT Certification (Required)

  • Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professionalism under pressure

  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
