As a Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) not specializing in autism, you may work with individuals who have developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, mental health disorders, or behavioral challenges in educational or community settings. These cases often require adapting behavior intervention plans to address unique needs, such as daily living skills, social integration, or vocational training. The diversity of cases offers a broader scope of practice and the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as occupational therapists or social workers, to support clients’ goals. Job description

At Elevation Autism, our BCBA roles are built with work-life balance in mind.
This flexible, part-time BCBA role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety in their work week and the opportunity to support multiple teams and learners across our centers.
You will support a small caseload of just 4-6 early intervention clients (ages 1-6) across our beautiful, expansive centers while partnering with multiple clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
This role is especially well suited for experienced clinicians who value flexibility and variety in their schedule. Our Travel BCBAs enjoy the opportunity to remain highly engaged in clinical work while avoiding the administrative responsibilities of a traditional full-time caseload.
It is also a great fit for clinicians balancing other professional pursuits such as teaching, consulting, research, or family commitments.
This position offers true schedule flexibility, with weekly hours typically ranging from 15-30 hours depending on center support needs, making it a great fit for clinicians who want meaningful clinical work without the structure of a traditional full-time schedule.
All of our centers maintain 4.6+ star ratings, a reflection of supported clinicians, an intentional culture, and thoughtful leadership. (If you do not believe us, check out our Google reviews!)
Who We Are
At Elevation Autism Center, we are more than a locally owned ABA and Speech therapy provider - we are a values-driven community committed to empowering children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care.
If you have a passion for working with young children and enjoy collaborating with a variety of teams, Elevation Autism Center is the place for you.
Why Join Us?
We believe in supporting our clinicians as much as we support our clients. Here is what makes this role unique.
Flexible Work Structure
• Part-time role averaging 15-30 hours per week depending on clinical needs
• Flexible scheduling that allows for variety in your work week
• Opportunity to support multiple clinical teams across our centers
• Mileage reimbursement for travel beyond 10 miles between centers
Meaningful Clinical Work
• Small caseload of just 4-6 early intervention clients (ages 1-6)
• 80% billable / 20% paid non-billable clinical time
• Opportunity to collaborate with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists across multiple centers
Variety and Professional Growth
This role offers the opportunity to work with different teams, learners, and clinical environments, allowing you to broaden your clinical perspective while supporting centers that benefit from additional BCBA expertise.
For clinicians who enjoy building relationships, sharing knowledge, and experiencing different center cultures, this role provides a dynamic and rewarding experience.
Travel & Center Coverage
This role will be based out of the Elevation Autism center closest to you, with travel to nearby centers to provide additional clinical support.
All locations are within the greater North and East Atlanta area, and mileage for travel beyond 10 miles between centers will be reimbursed.
Our Georgia centers include:
• Alpharetta
• Peachtree Corners
• Duluth
• Dacula
• Marietta
• Lawrenceville
• Gainesville
• Woodstock
• Kennesaw
Compensation
• $60 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for travel beyond 10 miles between centers
• Paid billable and non-billable clinical activities
Clinical Focus & Culture
• On-site collaboration with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists
• Operational strength - each clinic has an Operations team managing schedules and coordination
• Center-based clinical environments designed for early intervention learners
• Strong core values: Kind, Curious, Client-Centered, Prodaptable, and Does the Right Thing
If you are looking for a flexible BCBA opportunity that allows you to support multiple teams, work with a variety of learners, and maintain autonomy over your schedule, we would love to hear from you!
