What You'll Be Doing

May include, but not limited to:

  • Prepare ingredients for service in accordance with all restaurant SOP's, procedures and recipes

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with restaurant standards and local food code

  • Communicate effectively with chef and cook team

  • Executing demands efficiently in a high volume restaurant

  • Execution of monthly food inventory
