The Role
As a Barback, you are the backbone of our beverage program. You will support our bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked, meticulously clean, and completely organized. What You'll Do
  • Stock & Prep: Ensure all premium liquors, beers, and wines are fully stocked. Keep custom garnishes, fresh juices, and specialized ice programs prepared and ready to go.
  • Glassware Maintenance: Wash, polish, and restock delicate wine glasses and cocktail highballs at lightning speed.
  • Keep Pace: Proactively replenish ice bins, change out heavy kegs, and replace empty liquor bottles during peak dinner hours.
  • Maintain the Space: Keep the bar top, floors, and service wells clean, sanitary, and free of clutter.
