Enjoyment in teaching dance, ability to communicate effectively, and flexibility in meeting individual student needs and goals are a MUST.

This job includes teaching dance classes on a weekly basis, preparing students for performances, providing student feedback both on-the-spot and through bi-annual report cards, team members on a regular basis, and attending studio rehearsals and events.

Role must-haves include the ability to manage a classroom, experience teaching children and adults, organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.
