Your Role:
  • Assist in baking our signature biscotti and nut blends with care
  • Measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to traditional recipes
  • Package and label finished products for sale at farmers markets and retail
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful kitchen environment
  • Support our lead baker in day-to-day kitchen tasks and prep
Who You Are:
  • You take direction well and enjoy being part of a team
  • You're reliable, efficient, and have a positive attitude
  • You care about doing things the right way, not the fast way
  • You're able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Prior baking or food production experience is a plusbut not required
  • Having a Food Handler's Certificate is even better
