Job description

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. 
 

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process parts orders, including locating and ordering parts from suppliers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
- Work closely with the service department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories to provide customers with the best options
 

Requirements:
- Intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and parts catalog software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment
- Valid driver's license

- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
