Win Kids Sports & Learning Center is seeking a Customer Service & Lead Conversion & Automation Specialist to join our team and help us deliver our award-winning programs in Gymnastics, Ninja Warrior, Pre-K Enrichment, Camps, and Birthday Parties!
This is a part-time position offering hourly pay + performance incentives with opportunities for leadership and career growth. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, accountability, and great communication to every customer interaction.
HOURS
Week Day Afternoons 12pm-8:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am -2:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Customer Service, Lead Conversion & Automation Specialist, you’ll play a dual role that is both customer-facing and tech-enabled. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with past and potential customers by phone using our Go High Level CRM pipeline, following up on leads, re-engaging inactive clients, and helping families get started in our programs.
In addition, you'll be a supportive and welcoming presence at the front desk—working closely with our customer service and enrollment team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding experience for every family who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and follow-up phone calls using the Go High Level pipeline, focusing on reactivating past customers and guiding new leads through our program offerings
Provide exceptional service to parents and students—greet everyone with energy and professionalism
Guide families through the enrollment process for classes, camps, and events
Manage incoming phone and web inquiries with friendly efficiency
Maintain accurate records of enrollments, trials, schedules, and payments
Track and meet sales/enrollment benchmarks
Assist with birthday party and camp bookings, confirmations, and customer follow-ups
Keep the lobby and welcome areas tidy and organized
Support the front desk with daily opening/closing and cleaning procedures
Collaborate with the coaching and leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences
Attend team trainings and bring a “yes-minded” attitude to every shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
Energetic, warm, and able to communicate clearly with parents and children
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking ability and comfort using scheduling systems or databases
A love for children’s wellness, education, or athletics is highly preferred
Must be available for evening and/or weekend shifts
