Nekton Autism - is dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum aged 0 to 21. Our mission is to empower every child on the autism spectrum to thrive and live independently by enabling Behavior Technicians (BTs) to execute their paramount mission of delivering unparalleled Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We are actively seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs to join our expanding team, playing a crucial role in providing specialized 1-1 treatment in a home-based setting. With our smaller, homegrown approach, the ABA services we provide and the Behavior Technicians we bring into Nekton are our top priority!

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress

  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties

  • Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of ABA experience

  • Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)

  • A passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance

  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Background check required
