Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Yourday-to-day expectations

  • Provideservices via theTeleveroTelehealth platform, both live and offline
  • Maintaina highquality of care consistent with the practices goals
  • When not treating patients,assistingwith, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients
  • Prescribe medications and close out medication ticketsin a timely manner
  • Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows
  • Closeoutdocumentationwithin twenty-four hours of the patient encounter
  • Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice
  • Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

This position is 100% virtual.

We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday.

This position ispart-timefrom16upto32hours of patient time per week.

We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule.

This role reports toTelevero'sDirector of Nursingand a Pod Leader (Supervisory MD).

Experiencetothrive

  • Bachelor'sdegree in psychology, socialworkor related field.
  • Completion ofCCNE-accreditedMaster'sof Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specialization.
  • ActivePMHNPLicense inTexas and/orWashington.
  • Minimum2years' experience.
  • Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
  • Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
  • Two or more years of Prescribing experience.
  • Experiencetreating pediatric patientsis preferred.

  • Experiencediagnosing Autism and conducting evaluations.
