Description:

The Part-Time Audio Coordinator will work closely with the Campus Worship Pastor and Network

Production Director to manage and enhance the technical aspects of worship services and church

events. This individual will oversee a variety of production elements, including ProPresenter

operation, live audio mixing, and stage lighting.

  • Must give testimony and evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Operate and edit ProPresenter for worship services and church events.
  • Handle live audio production tasks, including mixing, microphone setup, and sound checks, for services.
  • Oversee stage lighting operation for worship services.
  • Communicate tech issues and steps taken to resolve.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team and ministry leaders to plan and execute production elements for worship services.
  • Contribute to volunteer training and support, fostering a spirit of teamwork and skill development within the production team.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in Media Production, Sound Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 2 years proven experience in live production environments, preferably within a church or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in live audio production
  • Competencies in ProPresenter, and basics of stage lighting.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with staff and volunteers.

Demonstrate a consistent Christian lifestyle as referenced by the:

  • Mission Statement of Indian Rocks
  • Statement of Faith of Indian Rocks
  • Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks

Must be an active member of Indian Rocks as defined below:

  • Regular attendance in worship services
  • Regular attendance/involvement in an Indian Rocks Connection Group or Small Group
  • Committed to systematic stewardship and faithful in tithing.
