Position: Audiologist (Part-Time)

Location: Lexington, NC

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Audiologist (Part-Time) to join our mobile care team in Lexington, NC. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.

All administrative and logistical responsibilities—including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing—are fully managed by CMC. This independent contractor position allows you to focus entirely on patient care without the burdens of managing a private practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Provide hearing aid assessments, fittings, and follow-up care
• Develop treatment plans tailored to geriatric and long-term care populations
• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on hearing health and device use
• Ensure a respectful, safe, and patient-centered environment during all visits
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure coordinated care and smooth visit flow

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology (MA, MS, AuD)
• Active North Carolina Audiology License
• Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to mobile and facility-based care settings
