LHH is looking for a Part-Time Real Estate / Title Paralegal for a law firm in Pittsburgh, PA
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Job Type: Part-Time / Temporary
Compensation: $25-40/hr
Immediate Hiring Need
A busy and growing real estate/title team in Pittsburgh is seeking a Part-Time Real Estate / Title Paralegal to provide immediate support due to a high volume of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with title, settlement, or real estate transaction experience who is looking for flexible part-time or temporary work.
The ideal candidate will be able to step in quickly, assist with active transactions, and support the team through a significant workload increase. Experience with SoftPro is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with real estate and title transactions from file opening through closing.
  • Review title commitments, title reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare closing and settlement packages.
  • Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and other transaction parties.
  • Support title curative efforts and document collection.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and file management within SoftPro.
  • Assist with administrative and transactional overflow work as needed.
  • Ensure deadlines and closing timelines are met.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a title company, real estate law firm, or settlement company.
  • Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, Title Paralegal, Title Processor, or Closing Coordinator.
  • Familiarity with title, escrow, and closing procedures.
  • Experience using SoftPro strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
