Lead Plastic & ATM Representative
Engage in the service of debit/ATM, credit, related networks and processors, and the processing of credit card, debit card/ATM card transaction exceptions, reporting, and maintenance. Resolve issues regarding member accounts and following the credit union policies and procedures. Essential Responsibilities Serve card portfolios including but not limited to credit, debit, ATM/convenience, and prepaid. Order new/replacement plastics, process balance transfer requests, investigate and resolve misapplied payments and perform other account adjustments, perform address maintenance/verification, fulfill statement copy requests, and satisfy general inquiries Complete cash/cardholder settlement process for plastic card products, authenticates posted transactions for blocked accounts and assists with various general ledger reconciliations and settlements Provide project support on departmental or enterprise-level initiatives which may include UAT or release testing Ensure that policies, procedural manuals, and knowledge-based resources are complete and accurate Participate in the cross-training of team members and self. Provide support for departmental reports and productivity metric tracking Identify potential issues and work with vendors and/or internal teams under the guidance of the department supervisor Education & Years of Experience Minimum - High School or Equivalent Preferred - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Related 4 Years Customer service, plastic card portfolio or related Compensation & Benefits: Typical hiring range: $47,600.00 to $74,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
