Litigation Associate Opportunity
Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading national labor & employment firm to add a Litigation Associate to its Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants to grow their management-side employment practice within a sophisticated, nationally recognized platform.
About the Role
The hiring firm is seeking an attorney with:
- 4โ7 years of solid litigation experience
- Labor & employment experience (preferred but not strictly required for standout litigators)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Active Minnesota Bar admission (required)
You'll handle a range of employment-related disputes and counseling matters for employersโspanning regional businesses to large national and global organizations.
Compensation โ Minnesota
Pursuant to Minnesota regulation, the annual salary range for this position is:
$210,000 โ $245,000
- Final compensation within the range will depend on experience, education, skills, and other qualifications
- Role includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses
