We are looking for an individual that possesses the potential to develop into a successful educator, manager, and business leader. This individual will work with a team to manage every aspect of a learning center including the delivery of academic services and tutoring, the management and development of staff, and the development and execution of strategies in business operations, sales, and marketing. The part-time Assistant Director role would begin on a part-time basis and would potentially grow into a full-time position based on job performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include the following:
Tutor and motivate students in courses from K-10th grade
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and families
Serve as an education consultant to families seeking services
Recruit, manage, and professionally develop instructors
Work with instructors to identify students having academic difficulties and provide them with needed tutorial services
Participate, support, and in some cases lead, the development and execution of business, sales, and marketing strategies
Manage and maintain academic and business records
Manage and drive development of special projects
Ideate, plan, develop, and implement innovative and new programs focused on improving student performance
Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Keeps the Center Director informed of any necessary information
Implement company policies and procedures
Attend and participate in staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings as requested
