Assistant Parking Lot Maintenance Technician (Seasonal, Part-Time)
StripeCraft LLC — Serving Fairfax County

Job Summary

StripeCraft is a pavement maintenance company based in Clifton, VA, specializing in sealcoating, crack sealing, and line striping for residential and commercial properties. We're seeking a dependable and motivated Asphalt Technician to assist with on-site prep, product application, and job completion.

You’ll work closely with the owner/operator on a variety of projects, including driveways, parking lots, and pavement repairsTraining is provided, and there’s opportunity for growth as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with equipment setup, loading/unloading tools and materials
  • Prepare job sites: blowing off debris, cleaning cracks, edging driveways
  • Apply hot rubber crack filler
  • Support spray or squeegee sealcoat application
  • Lay out and apply parking lot stripes and pavement markings
  • Follow job-site safety and traffic control procedures
  • Help maintain tools and clean up after each project
  • Comply with OSHA requirements

Requirements

  • Reliability
  • Physically able to lift 50–70 lbs and handle outdoor work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Must have transportation to Clifton and job sites
