A Part Time Army Surgical Tech is a trained medical professional who assists surgeons and medical teams with surgical procedures in a military setting, but serves on a part-time basis, such as in the Army Reserve or National Guard. They are responsible for preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring that all necessary instruments are available during surgery. These technicians play a vital role in supporting patient care and surgical operations, both in peacetime and during deployments.
