Army Surgeons are specialized medical doctors focusing on surgical procedures within military settings, often working in operating rooms and combat zones. Army Medical Officers have a broader medical role, providing general healthcare, diagnostics, and treatment. Both roles require medical degrees and licenses, but Army Surgeons have additional surgical training. While Army Surgeons focus on surgical interventions, Army Medical Officers serve as primary care providers in military healthcare systems.
