Job description

The part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide front-office, administrative, and customer service support for a busy architecture and engineering office. The ideal candidate will be polished and personable, comfortable working with clients and contractors, and able to take initiative while supporting day-to-day office operations. Apply now!

Work Model:

  • On-Site Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including phone calls, visitors, and client/contractor support
  • Handle mail, packages, office supplies, and general workplace organization
  • Support meetings, office events, employee needs, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist with office logistics and quickly learn company technology and systems

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Previous administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills with a polished, professional personality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and take initiative to identify what needs to be done
