Position Summary

This position is ideal for a dependable individual who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and is willing to provide additional support when needed to ensure excellent customer service.

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our front office operations. This position serves as a backup to the primary CSR and plays a critical role in ensuring excellent customer service and seamless office communication.

Work Schedule M- F 6:00am to 10:00 am with possibility of working all day

The CSR will be responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting and assisting customers, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel, and processing invoices for four company locations. Flexibility in providing full day coverage when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers and direct calls or inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Provide basic information regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors.
  • Create, process, and distribute invoices for four company locations accurately and timely.
  • Maintain customer records and office documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Support administrative and office functions as needed.
  • Coordinate with management and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Serve as backup coverage and work additional hours when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn company software and invoicing systems.
