Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Contact customers and professionally guide conversations using provided talking points
- The Customer Service Representative will accurately document customer responses and information into the system while speaking with customers
- Provide a positive customer experience through friendly and professional communication
- The Customer Service Representative will meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics once training is completed
- Talk and type simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative Role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable following scripts while creating positive customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and type while speaking with customers
- Basic computer skills required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Kind, cheerful, and team-oriented personality with a willingness to work
Dress Code
Business casual environment. Jeans are acceptable as long as they do not have holes. Casual tops are permitted; however, shirts with writing are not allowed.
