Position Overview

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Aviation ABA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care while helping shape and grow our services in Salt Lake County.

This Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is a hybrid position that requires some in-clinic hours, with flexibility for remote work.
Afternoon availability is strongly preferred.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress reports

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

  • Maintain a manageable caseload with a focus on quality care

  • Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and BTs

  • Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing data analysis

  • Ensure compliance with Utah regulations and ethical standards

  • Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and quality checks

  • Support clinic operations including scheduling and team coordination

  • Collaborate with leadership on clinical systems and program development

Qualifications for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility)

  • Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

  • Preferred: Safety Care certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Flexibility: Open to occasional in-home support as needed
