If you're passionate about patient care and love working in a fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to meet you.In this role, you'll help capture high-quality images of bones, soft tissues, and organs to support physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. From carefully positioning patients to operating equipment with precision, your attention to detail and compassion will go a long way in helping us provide the best care possible.How You'll Make an Impact:Review physician orders and confirm patient identity before getting startedOperate x-ray equipment to capture images as ordered by proceduresMake sure patients feel informed and at ease during proceduresAssist with positioning, including helping patients with limited mobilityUse lead shielding and radiation safety best practicesEnsure images are clear and accurate to minimize the need for repeatsWork closely with our Radiologist to determine if additional imaging is neededKeep x-ray equipment maintained and notify us if anything isn't working rightTrack procedures accurately and keep x-ray rooms clean and organizedStay up to date by attending staff meetings and training sessionsKey Qualifications and Abilities:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related fieldARRT certification and Kansas state licensurePrevious experience as an X-ray Tech (bonus points if you've handled busy shifts!)Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsThe ability to lift or assist patients as neededA warm, compassionate approach to patient careIf you're someone who takes pride in your work, adapts easily to shifting tasks with a positive attitude, and genuinely cares about people, we'd love to meet you.
