About Our Family

We are a busy family; between three children, three pets, and two working parents, our life is full and in need of support to bring more peace and organization to our home. Our home is our bubble: we value creating a space for our children to be themselves - silly, cared for, and loved.

The upstairs space of our home just underwent a renovation and we are now working to settle the downstairs space into the organized, peaceful space we know it can be. We love a tidy home and genuinely thrive in structured, well-run spaces we're looking for you to bring that kind of order to our home.

With one parent working from home regularly, you'll be sharing the space with us most days. We want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and a part of our household rhythm. We are looking for someone who will feel like an extension of our family.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are warm, grounded, and genuinely love being around children of all ages. You do not need a task list to figure out what needs to be done; you walk in, read the room, and get to work. You are systems-oriented and love creating order out of chaos. You find satisfaction in a clean sink, a folded basket of laundry, and a home that feels calm and ready for the day. You're responsive and flexible to a home environment knowing when to pause tending to a home project in order to care for children. You're looking for a steady, long-term role and look forward to leaving every shift having made a genuine difference.

Your top priorities in this role will be caring for our baby, creating household organization systems throughout the home, managing laundry, building and executing grocery lists, preparing 3-4 family-friendly dinners per week, and performing daily resets of our home. You thrive on variety and are effectively bouncing between all of these responsibilities without losing your stride.
