Job description


The Adam Hall Group is a leading manufacturer of event technology and offers innovative solutions for professional audio, lighting, stage and event technology. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Support professional to assist with daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse maintenance. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The Part-Time Warehouse Support will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with other warehouse and operations team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems and shipping software
  • Process UPS, FedEx, LTL, international, and hazardous material shipments
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, inventory transfers, and proper stock placement
  • Process customer returns and assist with special order fulfilment, including prepaid and Amazon orders
  • Create bulk-picking lists for Amazon orders and accurately pick products while tracking inventory location
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, wave pickers, pallet jacks, and ladders, as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Monitor and replenish shipping and packaging supplies
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
  • Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist other departments
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent organizational skills
  • Forklift certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire. Training in forklift operations will be provided by the company as needed
  • Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pound
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
