Because we are a small business, our team members wear multiple hats, and everyday tasks can change quickly. We pride ourselves on our laid-back, welcoming culture where team members genuinely enjoy interacting outside of the office, and many of our employees have been with us for over 14 years! If you are someone who excels at prioritizing duties, following instructions, and staying organized in a dynamic environment, you will fit right in.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate: The expected hourly wage is $22/hr. Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.
  • Schedule: 24 hours per week spread across 3 or 4 days.
    • Available Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or Fridays (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
    • Requirement: Must be on-site between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM to receive incoming truck deliveries.
  • Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits, which include health insurance and an incentive recognition bonus. (All benefits are based on eligibility)
Responsibilities Include:
  • Receiving & Unloading: Safely unload incoming freight and shipments from trucks. Use material handling equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks to move heavy materials (including pallets of Uline boxes and heavy hardware/tracks).
  • Physical Labor & Packing: Pack boxes accurately and securely for shipment. Transport inventory, including carrying grommets down stairs. (Note: Any tasks deemed too heavy, such as major structural movement, will be handled by a professional carpenter). Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Digital Order Fulfillment: Utilize PC skills to manage and process incoming orders via email. Navigate the Amazon Seller portal to click, print, and process Amazon customer orders.
  • Shipping & Tracking: Generate shipping labels, fulfill orders, and accurately add tracking numbers to completed shipments.
  • Data Entry & Administration: Enter detailed packing lists into QuickBooks. Scan documents and utilize programs like Microsoft Word and Adobe for daily administrative tasks.
  • Operations & Multi-Tasking: Adapt to changing daily priorities, follow exact instructions, and keep the warehouse space organized and efficient.
What's In It For You:
  • Unmatched Job Stability: Work with a loyal team where multiple staff members have chosen to stay for 14+ years.
  • Great Work Culture: Enjoy a laid-back, friendly, and family-driven work environment where people know your name and interact outside of regular office tasks.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous part-time hours (24 hours/week) with no weekend shifts, allowing you to maintain an excellent balance with your life outside of work.
