Job Title: Pick and Pack Associate (Warehouse Operations)

Job Status: Part-Time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 5pm)

Hourly Commitment: 20 - 30 hours (PT)

Compensation: $22/hour and performance based bonuses

Location: Warehouse in Mississauga, ON

We are looking for organized and detail-oriented team players to help us get groceries out the door - fast, fresh, accurate, and on time.

The Role

As a Pick and Pack Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing customer orders with care, expediency and accuracy. You’ll work on the front lines of our warehouse operations, ensuring that each order is packed correctly, safely, and according to our quality standards. You’ll also help flag issues, track inventory, and keep our fulfillment process running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately pick products based on daily order lists

  • Carefully pack and label orders for delivery

  • Inspect items for quality, freshness, and packaging integrity

  • Work with the fulfillment team to meet daily order volume and timelines

  • Work in and out of refrigerated and frozen walk in fridges/freezers

  • Lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs)

  • Break down cardboard boxes and manage packaging waste (maintain clean working environment)

  • Stay on your feet for extended periods during your shift

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

  • Communicate stock issues or packing concerns to the manager

  • Support loading of delivery vehicles as needed

What You Bring

  • High attention to detail and pride in doing great work

  • A keen eye for first in-first out based on expiry dates and when produce arrives

  • Strong, positive and productive communication skills and willingness to learn about storing and packing food safely

  • Ability to work efficiently and stay focused in a fast-paced, in and out environment

  • Comfort with physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving for extended periods)

  • A team-first attitude - reliable, respectful, and ready to jump in where needed

  • Punctual, responsible, and able to follow standard operating procedures

  • Must have access to a vehicle and/or be able to commute during afternoon and evening hours when transit options may be limited

  • Food handling experience or previous warehouse work is a plus but not required - we’ll train the right people.
