Location: Upland, California
Job Type: Temporary / Part-Time
Pay: $18-$23/hour
Schedule: Around 4-6 hours / day


About the Company

CAcafe is a growing food and beverage company selling products through roadshows, Walmart.com, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and other retail and e-commerce channels.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to support daily online order fulfillment, pallet preparation, inventory organization, receiving, shipping, and roadshow equipment handling.

This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires accuracy, reliability, organization, and the ability to complete physical work efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare daily online orders from Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify, and eBay.
  • Verify products and quantities before orders are sealed.
  • Print and apply shipping labels accurately.
  • Organize completed shipments for USPS and other carrier pickups.
  • Assist with Amazon FBA and FBM labeling, carton preparation, packing, and shipping.
  • Report damaged products, inventory shortages, incorrect orders, or shipping issues promptly.
  • Help process returned products and replacement shipments.

Pallet and Roadshow Preparation

  • Pack, organize, wrap, and label pallets for Sam’s Club roadshows and other shipments.
  • Load products, samples, tables, displays, coolers, signs, and roadshow equipment according to packing lists.
  • Double-check pallet contents before shipment.
  • Track which products and equipment leave the warehouse.
  • Receive and inspect returning roadshow pallets and equipment.
  • Identify and report missing, damaged, dirty, or unusable materials.
  • Clean, wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store roadshow equipment and materials.
  • Help ensure roadshow materials are ready for the next event.

Warehouse and Inventory Support

  • Receive incoming products and materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Organize products, packaging materials, raw ingredients, samples, and equipment in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Update basic inventory records or communicate quantities to the Operations Manager.
  • Monitor boxes, labels, tape, shrink wrap, pallets, and other packing supplies.
  • Report low inventory or missing materials before they affect operations.
  • Rotate inventory and follow applicable first-in, first-out procedures.
  • Operate a forklift or pallet jack when trained and authorized.

General Operational Support

  • Follow written packing lists, shipping instructions, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required deadline.
  • Communicate immediately when instructions are unclear or a problem may cause a delay.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with urgent warehouse and fulfillment needs.
  • Perform other reasonable warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, inventory, retail stockroom, production, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience packing e-commerce orders is helpful.
  • Ability to follow instructions and use checklists accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently after receiving training.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic ability to use email, shipping software, Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory systems is helpful.
  • Forklift or pallet-jack experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish or English and Chinese is helpful but not required.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive packing duties.
  • Ability to lift and move approximately 40 to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to pack cartons, clean equipment, wrap pallets, and assist with loading and unloading.
