About Our Family

We are a busy, warm, and systems-driven family of four with two young children and a friendly dog who mostly keeps to himself. Our home is our sanctuary and our headquarters - we work from home, but it is also a fun and inviting space for our kids. Our household runs best when it feels calm, organized, and well-supported behind the scenes.

With full hearts and a full schedule, help is essential. We have come to realize the right support at home doesn't just reduce stress, it gives us back the moments that matter most. We have strong family values and are deeply invested in spending more quality time together. We are intentionally searching for someone to join our support network.

We've had great experiences with house managers in the past, and we're now looking for someone ready to grow with us for the long haul. Our days have a natural rhythm, but life with little ones means that rhythm is always subject to change. This fall, we're beginning a homeschooling journey, and we're excited to have the right person alongside us as our routine evolves. We're looking for someone who doesn't just check off tasks, but who genuinely invests in our family and takes pride in keeping the home running smoothly.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are energetic, flexible, and genuinely enjoy being around young children. You're always ready to tackle a list, but more often, you are the one creating one. You are dedicated, a self-starter, and highly organized. You adapt when plans shift, and you bring a calm, can-do attitude to whatever the day brings.

You are systematic, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. You have strong meal prep and cooking skills and can confidently create simple, healthy meals. You love organizational projects, can take on any errand, and are open to occasional childcare. You're tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital household systems, helping with online bill pay, and researching quotes. You are trustworthy, discreet, and emotionally steady. You value building a genuine relationship with a family while maintaining professionalism.

Most importantly, you're looking for something long term. You understand that this is a meaningful responsibility, and you take that seriously. Even if you are new to the industry, you view house management as your chosen career and you take pride in it. If this sounds like you, we'd love to connect!
