What You Will Do:
As the AI Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle for Retensa's SaaS platforms. You'll be the bridge between client needs, business goals, and technical execution, ensuring our products deliver value, scale effectively, and remain competitive.
  1. Lead Product Strategy: Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals.
  2. Drive Execution: Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and sprint plans.
  3. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and client success to deliver high-impact features.
  4. Champion Client Needs: Interact with Client Support to gather feedback, analyze product usage, and integrate insights to inform product priorities
  5. Innovate: Monitor evolving industry trends and shifts to innovate solutions for competitive advantage
  6. Monitor Performance: Track product success metrics to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and business impact.

Qualifications/Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in, on, or managing SaaS Web application development
  • Direct experience bringing AI innovation to on-demand SaaS software
  • Proficiency to source and prioritize needs from internal team and external client
  • Interest in helping companies create workplaces that engage, inspire, and retain employees
  • Ready to take the lead and bring their ideas forward
  • BA/BS required in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or similar
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with real-world-prod-push-this-Wednesday executio
