Job description

Part-Time Sales Representative – Insurance Agency
Pay: $22/hour + $10 per warm lead transferred
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
Schedule: Part-time, with optional path to full-time
License Required: No, but an insurance license is a plus
We are looking for a part-time Sales Representative to help grow our insurance agency. This role is focused on outbound sales activity, including calling prospects, sending follow-up emails, learning our sales process, and helping generate warm lead transfers for licensed agents.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and interested in sales, insurance, or a long-term career path.
Responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls to prospects
Sending outbound emails and follow-ups
Transferring warm leads to licensed agents
Participating in training
Tracking activity and follow-up notes
Helping with other sales-related tasks as needed
Ideal candidate:
Comfortable making phone calls
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Organized and able to follow a process
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but not required
This position starts part-time at approximately 25 hours per week. There may be an optional path to full-time for the right person.
