Sales Representative (Part-Time)
Bold Royalty Commercial Cleaning
Pay: $18$20/hr (based on experience) + 10% commission
Schedule: Part-time to start; transition to full-time within 6 months

Bold Royalty is a growing commercial cleaning company committed to delivering highquality, reliable cleaning services to businesses of all sizes. As we expand, were looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help drive new business and build longterm client relationships.
Position Overview
We are seeking a resultsdriven Sales Representative to generate new commercial cleaning accounts through a combination of online outreach, doortodoor marketing, networking, and wordofmouth strategies. This is a new role within the company, offering the opportunity to shape the sales process and grow with us.
This position starts parttime with a clear path to fulltime within six months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new commercial cleaning accounts
Conduct doortodoor outreach to local businesses
Utilize online sales practices, social media, and digital communication to generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Deliver compelling sales presentations and service proposals
Meet or exceed the required minimum of 2 new closed accounts per month
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
Represent Bold Royalty with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18$20 per hour (based on experience)
Commission: 10% commission on each new account after the first full month of service
Opportunity for increased hours and full-time status within 6 months
Qualifications
Prior sales experience preferred (B2B or service-based sales is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
