Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic trainers with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. You will be coaching clients using Trainerize and Alloy-specific programs and protocols, designed by long-time fitness professionals, under the guidance of and with training by our Fitness Director and our Head Coach.

Each Alloy training session has up to 6 clients an hour. These sessions offer our coaches and clients the best of all fitness environments: the ability for coaches to provide, and clients to receive, real personal training -- with individual engagement between the coach and each client -- combined with the energy and fun of a group session.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train clients using Trainerize and Alloy programming and protocols
  • Use a variety of training cues (verbal, tactile, visual) while demonstrating exercises and working with clients on their form
  • Manage each client with scaling options prescribed by Alloy, using the Trainerize app
  • Lead with professionalism in all interaction
  • Build rapport and personal relationships with clients
  • Ensure each client leaves feeling happy, accomplished, empowered and excited about returning to the studio for their next session
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized studio floor
  • Manage attendance in Mindbody
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Personal Training Certification Preferred
  • CPR/AED Certification Preferred
  • Ability to work with all fitness levels and comfort with exercise modifications prioritizing client safety
  • Passionate about health/fitness with a strong interest in helping clients achieve their goals
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable and able to work independently

Alloy Personal Training is a personal training studio specializing in functional strength training programs delivered in small groups of up to 6 clients per session. Our client demographic is primarily people in their 40s, 50s and 60s who want to look good, feel great and live the life they want to live. Our Alloy team will tailor the Alloy programs for all clients who walk through our door — no matter their fitness level.

Each Alloy location is small, allowing our coaches to build strong, lasting personal relationships with each client and give our clients the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with each other.
