Job description

Position Overview:
Exam One World Wide / DKN Paramedical Services is seeking an entry level Office Assistant for a "PART-TIME" position. We need a bilingual candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish. English and Spanish communication skills are required. This candidate would help our small number of Spanish-speaking applicants. Need writing skills in Spanish for sending emails when needed. Position includes working with 1 other employee, able to work in a small office environment, and handling daily office responsibilities.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Tuesday through Thursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (25 1/2 hours a week)
  • Additional weekday hours may be available based on office volume and office responsibilities.

Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly compensation based on work experience, computer knowledge, data entry, and customer service skills.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and do data entry
  • Take messages off voicemail and return calls, and document in the ExamOne portal
  • Compose and respond to emails using professional language, proper grammar, and appropriate business etiquette.
  • Maintain strict compliance with quality assurance, privacy, and adhere to HIPAA and PHI guidelines
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services and procedures
  • Be able to learn and work proficiently in our ExamOne portal system
  • Call clients and complete Quality Assurance questionaire

Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Provide positive customer and applicant experience
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and professional insurance applicant, patient, and agent interaction skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is needed 
  • Ship out supplies as needed to mobile examiners
  • Recent office experience of 1-2 years is a plus

Employment Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Successful completion of a urine drug screening.
