Job Summary
Mosaic Georgia is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Office and Program Assistant
to support the daily operations of our office. This part-time role is responsible for assisting with office administration, including, but not limited to, gathering and storing materials for health fairs and training events, entering data into required systems, welcoming people into the center, and providing various administrative support to the Mosaic Georgia staff. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and aligned with Mosaic Georgia's mission and values. This position would report directly to Michael Davis, Deputy Director at Mosaic Georgia.
This position requires travel to assigned Mosaic Georgia locations.
Mosaic Georgia is a drug-free workplace.
Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely data entry for grant and operational reporting purposes.
  • Gather, prepare, organize, and inventory supplies for programs, health fairs, and training events.
  • Provide on-site support during seasonal programs, special events, and community outreach efforts.
  • Identify key events and moments to leverage messaging and content, ensuring activities are coordinated with relevant initiatives and aligned with Mosaic Georgia's overall communications
  • and marketing priorities.
  • Support special projects and department initiatives assigned by the Executive Director or Deputy Director.
  • Attend regular check-ins with agency supervisor.
  • Record meeting minutes as needed.
  • Perform additional office duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications
  • Must have a Federal Work-Study Award
  • Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College.
  • Must be in good academic standing and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment.
  • Must be in good conduct standing with Georgia Gwinnett College and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, office administration, or call center preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites as required by the position.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, data management systems.
