A Services Administrator is an IT professional who works with Software Developers, Helpdesk and other production IT staff to manage service delivery of company hosted and third-party services. The role calls for someone who has relevant hard and soft skills to overcome the traditional barriers between Engineering, QA, testing and IT operations teams and foster a collaborative, holistic environment.

  • Configure, Maintain and Monitor Application and Services Configurations
  • Automate processes
  • Continuously delivery
  • Analyzes the technology currently being used and develops plans and processes for improvement and expansion
  • Performs routine application and service maintenance to ensure the production environment runs smoothly. Develops maintenance requirements and procedures
  • Uses configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the production environment.
  • Account and Access Management

General Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of computing infrastructures
  • Familiarity with server management and monitoring tools
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency with scripting languages
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a network administration role
  • Previous experience with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with M365 administration
  • MCSE certification a plus
