Drama Kids is looking for a professional, organized, creative, and dependable Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, organization, customer service, and helping a small business grow.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our daily operations while helping us connect with families, schools, and the community. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, enjoy learning new skills, and love seeing your work make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details
  • Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Create professional marketing materials, flyers, and graphics using Canva
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for our social media platforms
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Help promote classes, camps, performances, and special events
  • Track marketing efforts and lead sources
  • Support community outreach and lead generation initiatives
Enrollment & Customer Relations
  • Respond to inquiries from parents by phone, email, text, and social media
  • Follow up with prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment data
  • Confidently communicate the value of our programs and help convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective families
Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain digital files using Google Drive
  • Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and letters using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Process tuition payments and assist with account management
  • Order supplies and coordinate materials for classes and events
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Support special projects as needed
School & Community Relations
  • Communicate professionally with schools, parents, vendors, and staff
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating after-school programs and events
  • Represent Drama Kids professionally in the community
Required Qualifications
  • Experience creating professional marketing materials using Canva
  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Friendly and confident communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Previous experience in administrative support, marketing, customer service, or a related role
