The Job:


  • Part time hoursare evenings (5-9) during the week and daytime on the weekends. Shifts range from 4-8 hours, approx. 24 hours a week.
  • Managethe front of the office.Organize the store, clean shared work spaces, receive couriers, arrange shipping, and distribute the mail.
  • Welcomeour visitors and ensure our employees know when their scheduled appointment has arrived.
  • Orderoffice supplies as well as track and order inventory.
  • Comfortablewith performing predictable daily tasks and able to pivot when dealing with last minute urgent requests.
  • Administrativeresponsibilities, emailing clients, following up with leads, booking appointments.
  • Requestbuilding services (recycling, lighting, heat/cooling).
  • ACuriosityand desire to solve problems.


Nice to Haves:

  • Good knowledgeof Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
  • Customer Serviceexperience and an interest in the mortgage and finance industry.
  • Open and Willingto learn, suggest improvements, streamline and cerate efficiencies that will better this position.
