Job description

2nd Chance Clinic in Somerset, KY is an addiction treatment center serving adults in the greater central Kentucky area. We are currently seeking an experienced, ethical, self-motivated Advanced practice provider (NP and PA) to become part of our team.

This position will require providers to demonstrate their education, experience, and examination the requisite knowledge and skills to provide prevention, screening, intervention, and treatment for substance use and addiction.

All PA/NP's are hired as employees. A complete background check will be required for all new hires.

Looking for someone one day a week with potential to build practice to 5 days a week.

Requirements

  • Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure (KBML) or Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN) license in good standing
  • CV
  • DEA Regestration
  • BLS or ACLS
  • CAQH: Up to Date
