Job purpose
We are seeking a part-time finance team member with prior accounting experience (2-3 years) who is looking for a 25 to 30-hour-a-week position. The job requires skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and customer service.
Duties and responsibilities
- Work as a member of the Finance team, helping in various areas within the department
- Adhere to established best practices for accuracy, security and confidentiality
- Perform all aspects of tasks in the accounting department
- Learn and work with the newest automating accounting tools
- Work with QuickBooks Enterprise, ConnectWise PSA and quoting software
Requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite(Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, Quickbooks experience a plus
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bookkeeping experience
