Steve Brown Apartments is seeking a self-starter who is organized, genuine, results-driven, and well-spoken to join our accounting team this school year (August/September through May) and possibly beyond.
 
What You'll Do.
 
This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on accounting and administrative experience in a supportive, professional, and fun work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accounts payable - enter invoices into accounting system, weekly check run
  • Review leases and process paperwork
  • Process security deposit refunds
  • Accurately support accounting tasks with attention to detail
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
What It Takes.
 
Successful candidates are quick learners with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They are dependable, committed to accuracy, and bring a positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative team culture. Previous office or accounting experience is helpful but not required. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
