Key responsibilities include directing enterprise-wide system implementations and upgrades, managing cross-functional training and change management efforts, and ensuring alignment of financial systems and processes across departments. The Director partners closely with Operations, Asset Management, IT, and Business Systems teams to support financial performance, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making. The position also serves as a key steward of financial controls and reporting integrity.
