Job description

Job Title: Accounting Administrative Support

Location: Riverside, CA

York Employment is seeking an Accounting Administrative Support professional for a client in Riverside. This position will provide direct support to the Controller and assist with various accounting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter paper timecards into Paylocity (experience with Paylocity is a strong plus)
  • Support Accounts Payable with 3-way matching
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with preparing invoices for mailing
  • Manage incoming calls on a 2-line phone system
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Schedule & Duration:

  • Start date: Mid-July through the end of the year

  • Training schedule: Part-time, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (July–August)

  • Full-time schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM starting in September

Additional Details:

  • Position is fully in-office
  • Experience in the ready-mix industry is a plus
